Tina Hogue is a native of Miller, South Dakota. She takes pride in possessing the mid-west work ethic, having established her private law practice in Rapid City in 1996.
Ms. Hogue received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from the University of Sioux Falls in 1991. She continued her studies at the University of South Dakota School of Law where she earned her Doctor of Jurisprudence degree. While in law school she was awarded the American Jurisprudence award in Trial Techniques.
Ms. Hogue is licensed to practice law in both South Dakota and Nebraska state and federal courts and has experience in a wide array of law including motorcycle injury cases, personal injury, wrongful death, workers’ compensation, business, corporate and commercial, real estate, wills/probate and estate planning.
She is currently presiding over the Board of Behavior Management and is a past-president of the South Dakota Trial Lawyers Association. She is currently taking new clients and is available for initial consultations.
